SHEETNAME() Description

The SHEETNAME() function returns the name of the sheet by sequence number.

Key Features of the Function SHEETNAME

Syntax:

=SHEETNAME(Seq)

Parameters:

• Seq: The sequence number of the sheet in the current workbook. If 0 (zero) is specified, the function returns a list of all sheets. If the parameter is omitted, the name of the current sheet is returned.

Example of Use

The SHEETNAME() function is easy to use. You just need to specify the sheet's sequence number and Excel (Calc) will automatically return its name:

=SHEETNAME(Seq)

• Seq: A5 - Sheet sequence number (2).
