TRANSLITUA() Description

The TRANSLITUA() function is intended for transliteration of Ukrainian text into Latin.

Syntax:

=TRANSLITUA(Text)

Parameters:

• Text: The text is in Ukrainian, which must be transliterated into Latin.

Example Usage

The TRANSLITUA() function is easy to use. You just need to enter any text in Ukrainian, and LibreOffice Calc automatically converts it into Latin:

=TRANSLITUA("Бойко Іван Петрович")

We will have the following result:

This example uses the following values:

• Text: A2 - Text for transliteration ("Бойко Іван Петрович") .

Transliteration standard

Transliteration of the text from the Ukrainian language into Latin is carried out in accordance with Resolution of the CMU of January 27, 2010 No. 55 "On arranging the transliteration of the Ukrainian alphabet in Latin" (current).

Extension "YouLibreCalc.oxt"

You can use the function TRANSLITUA() by setting the extension " YouLibreCalc.oxt ". After that, this function will be available in all files that will be opened in LibreOffice Calc.
