Those who frequently use Excel sometimes have an issue with duplicate finding. Let’s look at example which shows how we can quickly highlight the duplicates by color.
Suppose, we have such table with list of loans which can repeated:
We have to check the duplicates. For this, select column “A” and choose menu Main – Conditional formatting – Highlight Cells Rules – Duplicate Values...:
Press OK and will get needed result:
Also, at the last step we can choose Unique Values instead Duplicate and then will be colored only records which occur once.
