NBTM() Description

The function NBTM() is intended for automatically obtaining the value of the official Turkmen manat exchange rate directly from website of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan (cbt.tm) by the specified code and date.

The NBTM function makes working with exchange rates much easier, especially for those who work in finance or keep records in different currencies. Instead of manually entering the rates, you just need to use this function to get up-to-date data.

Syntax:

=NBTM(CurrCode; CurrDate)

Parameters:

• CurrCode: Letter code of the currency for which you want to get the exchange rate.
• CurrDate: The date of setting the exchange rate.

Example Usage

The NBTM() function is easy to use. You just need to enter the currency code and the date in the corresponding cells of the formula, and LibreOffice Calc will automatically get the current exchange rate:

=NBTM("USD"; "01.03.23")

This example uses the following values:

• CurrCode: A2 - the letter code of the United States dollar ("USD").
• CurrDate: D1 - rate setting date ("03.01.23").

You can use the NBTM() function by installing the extension YLC_Utilities.oxt .

After that, this function will be available in all files that will be opened in LibreOffice Calc.
